About

Castle Valley Academy is located on a 320-acre rural campus in the iconic red-rock formations that extend from Arches National Park—just 5 miles away, as the crow flies.  We are surrounded on two sides by government land reserves and our school farm is supplied with water from a creek the flows from the snow-pack of the La Sal Mountains that rise to the east of the school.   We also have artesian wells where water gushes up from the ground year-round.    Winters are mild and summers are hot, in south-east Utah, but the beauty around us is a constant wonder to enjoy!
