Welcome, President Vaughan Sparrow!

Welcome, President Vaughan Sparrow!

Castle Valley, Inc. is sad to announce that President Randy Ward is stepping down from his role. However, we are very grateful for his many years of tireless service and his continued presence serving as Boys Dean. Castle Valley would like to warmly welcome Vaughan Sparrow, who has answered the call to fill the President position.

Vaughan and his wife, Magda, were led by God to Castle Valley where he served as field crops manager during the last school year. Magda also works in the Castle Valley Farms Market Garden.

Vaughan currently sits on a number of boards, including OCI (Outpost Centers International). He has also served as president of Wildwood Lifestyle Center, where he has spent the last 20 years also serving as Lifestyle Director and Counselor.

Vaughan worked on Carlisle Bridge Farm in South Africa for many years. He also served as a missionary to Zimbabwe where he worked at Solusi University, as well as Helderberg College in South Africa.

Vaughan and Magda have two sons and three grandsons. Vaughan is a very active person and has an interest in horseback riding, hiking, cycling, outdoor life, farming, gardening, and healthful living.

Vaughan’s personal objective is to work for the Lord wherever he is needed. He feels he can make a real contribution in areas such as spiritual nurture, medical missionary work, practical training and leadership. We are grateful for his vast experience and look forward to prayerfully supporting him in his new role at Castle Valley.
